About J'Ouvert Villa
Floor Plan
J’Ouvert Villa is a split-level, C-shaped villa with two wings containing four bedrooms, each with attached bathrooms. The wings are joined by a spacious open-concept living and dining area. A breakfast counter with bar stools separates the kitchen from the living room. The villa is centered round a large verandah overlooking the pool. On the lower level of the two wings are the housekeeper’s quarters, laundry room with washer and dryer, carport and storage room.
Living/Dining Room
24’11” x 16’ - this bright, airy room opens onto the verandah at the front and the garden at the back. Equipment includes a ceiling fan and smart TV.
Kitchen
10’11” x 16’ - kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, fridge, microwave, chest freezer and ceiling fan.
4 Bedrooms
16’x18’ - the two front bedrooms have queen-sized beds, built-in closets, ceiling fans, air conditioning and attached bathrooms. Windows towards the front overlook the garden and double- glazed tours lead to balconies overlooking the pool.
The two back bedrooms have one full bed and two single beds, built-in closets, ceiling fans, air conditioning and attached bathrooms.
Verandah
36’x11’10” - the covered porch overlooks the pool, garden and leafy vegetation. There is a dining table and chairs made from Courbaril, a Guyanese hardwood as well as chairs and love seats
Pool
The private swimming pool is surrounded by a deck with loungers, potted plants and an outdoor shower.
Garden
The fully fenced and gated garden is full of tropical plants and trees including banana, mango, palms, oleander, bougainvillea and mature saman trees. The garden is a bird watchers delight with frequent sightings of Bananaquits, Hummingbirds, Blue-crowned Motmots, Tropical Mocking Birds and many more. The view from the back of the garden is across the golf course to the Caribbean Sea.

Low Season: May 1 to December 15, $265-$325 (except Carnival at $368)
High Season: January 7 – April 30, $345-$368
Peak Season: December 16 – January 6 $400

Deposit: 25% on booking and the balance is payable 1 month prior to arrival.
